We had another semi-marathon HOA meeting last night. It only actually lasted 2 hours, but they were quite lively.
I got the rest of the rope light for the patio rail and it looks pretty festive out there. I found a foot long metal pick-up truck being driven by Santa with a big Christmas tree on the back. So I bought a bunch of other trees (the kind meant to go with those village scenes) and have Santa driving out of a forest with his tree loaded on his truck. It’s all set up on the table between our two patio doors outside and looks really cute. It probably won’t last one of our wind storms, but it’s good for now.
Rita, I made sure we added Jack to our prayer list yesterday morning. We got to talking afterwards and commented on the fact that If one of us thinks of something we need to pray about, before we can do so the pastor does. God knows what’s on our hearts and what we need to hear and pray about and supplies it. Ain’t it great!!!
It’s another pretty one outside, this time without the wispy clouds. We’re looking for a high of 51 and it’s 44 at the moment. It’s been getting down near or at freezing the past few nights. Thank heavens for blankets.
Everyone have a safe and blessed day and a wonderful Christmas season.
