This has a whiff of autobiographicality about it. Except for the fuzzy black-and-yellow striped sweater.

This is definitely a Mythtickle hive. Male bees (drones) in reality would never have this conversation; it’d be a strictly mother-daughter (i.e., queen-worker) row!

It could be mother-son, but you’d think she’d be happy the little drone was going to get a job…

He just has to bee-lieve in himself!

Maybe the Honey-Nut Cheerios bee needs a stunt double?

    Beevel Knievel?

Oh, I got a million of them. And they all suck.

    Great work, Justin!

All drones have wonderful jobs, and only have to work a very short time in order to fulfull their contracts.

Unfortunately, they all die just before retirement.
