    Revtry, you’ve got that right!

    Sterling reminds me of my first experience on ice skates. I spent more time on my backside and struggling back up than I did upright. It was then that I realized that ice skating has a big advantage over roller skating – more padding (especially when the temperature is close to zero Farenheit).

    For what it is worth, my grandfather told me that they used to have special cleats that they would screw into the horseshoes on the draft horses on our farm in the winter time so the horses would have better traction.
