Pour moi, I shrug off such guilt-tripping by paraphrasing Cagney’s line from the climax of the movie White Heat (1949): “Made it, Ma! Top of the food chain!”

Or, to put it another way, it’s my filial duty to be an omnivore. Billions upon billions of generations of my ancestors (I’m counting the trilobites and prokaryotes) toiled and evolved so that I, their descendant, would be able to eat other animal life forms or wear their hides. I’m not going to throw away those sacrifices….

This is udderly ridiculous.

That girl is one huge buzz kill.

If it were a Naugahyde jacket, this wouldn’t be a problem.

Naugas shed their skins like snakes, so they don’t have to be killed or even injured.

My favorite jacket: Lamb skin leather.

Thus proving that dairy cows are smarter than dragons—-especially “vegan” dragons….

Not everyone is vegan, you’d prefer to throw away very useful material? If you ride, leathers can save you a lotta hurt.
