First, isn’t Anansi supposed to be a trickster god, not a mean girl? I understand why she resorted to verbal violence. As Isaac Asimov wrote, “violence is the last refuge of the incompetent.” (Foundation) That being said, shame on you, Anansi. You owe poor little Apis an apology.
And second, I love how the trees in the background come from widely-separated biomes from all over the world. And I wonder if that’s a deliberate choice, here in…Mythlandia? Mythica? Valhalla?
Jefe, I know you read these comments. Can you confirm my suspicion, or do you just like drawing different kinds of trees? (Either answer would be delightful. So would “both.” Also, what is the name of this abode of young gods? I suppose it would be named according to the faith tradition of the worshipper: Valhalla if you’re praying to Odin or Thor, Tartarus if you’re praying to Venus, and so on. At least, that’s how I’d do it in my D&D campaign, but this one is yours!)
