You know how “un-pc” this one is (borrowing a term from I Go Pogo’s post): the overly large cousin is not only shown in an unflattering polka dot dress (if you’re this big, don’t wear stuff like this) :-), but she’s also drawn with a pig nose to add another insult ;-)
