Sluggo, did you forget to set your alarm clock again? No, ma'am- you warned me about that yesterday- so I stayed up all night to make sure the alarm would go off.
I have a similar problem. It’s many years since I regularly used an alarm clock. Now, if I use one for a special occasion (most recently a dental appointment), I am kept awake by recursive worrying about getting enough sleep.
