Well, that got existential quickly.

Nancy should take some advice from Horace the Horse in ‘The Dark Side of the Horse’, and try counting sheep. Doesn’t work for poor Horace, but at least it’s more entertaining than just sitting there…

I’m not sure how proper it is for cross-site promotion, but Norm Feluti’s Retail tills similar ground today, rather less effectively for mine.

Poor Nancy. I’d say she should get up a do something, but she’d probably wake Aunt Fritzy. Maybe a glass of warm milk?

Sleep hygiene is very of the now. This is our chance to be judgmental. I’ll go with, “the room isn’t dark enough.”

Realizing that your life is your responsibility is always enough to make you lose sleep.

One of the best things for me was reading that lying still with your eyes closed was almost as good as sleeping, so I’d aim for that. Then, with the pressure off, I started sleeping more.

Considering the amount of time Nancy spends on her electronic devices, the blue light from them is probably messing with her sleep cycles.

That doesn’t fly in America anymore, Nancy. Whatever bad luck or shortcoming you have are always someone else’s fault.

You can always blame the quart of water you drank just before bedtime… ;D
