I am disappointed in the lack of an elaborate pulley-based arrangement.
If you ask me, the solution to this seems simple: just attach the wagon to an elastic cord so it stops rolling at your own curb, and once the weight of the trash is removed it springs right back up to your door.
The smile in the last panel is what makes this work for me. That “tee-hee!” smile.
Garbageman (sorry, “sanitation engineer”) takes wagon, Nancy has to come up with something next week.
So is today’s theme, ‘push comes to shove’, or should it be, ‘shove comes to push’?
CONUNDRUM. We have three bins, but only one wagon.
