As Nancy SO LOVES ice cream, it could be ascertained that it was Ben and Jerry’s Wavy Gravy spilt upon the ottoman.
Hopefully it was turkey gravy she spilt because turkey and ottomans go together like peas in the pod. (The country Turkey was also known as the Ottoman Empire.)
