By turning clocks BACK, we WIN one hour. You have a chance to break it twice if you do it during The Hour. Only, The Hour is usually when people sleep (so you just have a chance to sleep it twice).
The time clock where I used to work would only go forward. The first year I had to set it back, I cranked it ahead 23 hours and six days. A year later it occurred to me to just unplug it for an hour.
