Never understood the whole sleeping in late thing. I wake up when I wake up, and my body tells me when it’s time to get out of bed. Of course, I’ve always been an early riser…
I used to enjoy being able to sleep in on Sunday. But now after my wife of 34 years died 12 weeks ago, I am barely even able to sleep at all because I am caring for MIL with dementia and diabetes so time is critical for her care, must maintain schedule to regulate blood sugar and she is frail so worry that she will hurt herself if she were to fall.

You heard the boy. Schedule his classes to start early so the sleeping late bar will be that much lower

I’m retired and I still use the weekend for the same thing.
