It hasn’t got anything to do with the type of job. It’s in any business: from day laborers to office workers. Women are paid less than men in ANY job is because the excuse employers use is the amount of time women are absent from work during the child bearing years. In some cases, even the health benefits could be more expensive for that same reason. Totally biased.
