We have some Canadian Geese stopping by for a little R and R on their way North. From the looks of what they’ve left behind, they must be eating Guacamole too.
Well, part of it is supposed to be a healthy fat. Also handy for taking the incredible burn from the hot sauce. With those tiny tongues, it doesn’t take much.
Upside is that most birds are not affected by the capsaicin in hot chilis in the salsa, downside (I just learned) is that avocados contains a toxin that can be deadly to many bird species.

Suet guacamole’s fine, but I believe avacados are poisonous for birds

We have “Twosdays” on Tuesdays at KFC in Canada. Guess the birds wouldn’t be interested in that? ;-}
