Our story: In a quest to find the source of global moral decay, Santa Claus lands in Los Angeles, where he is recognized and turned into a new mega-symbol for merchandising. The publicity machine is in high gear, and Santa is booked on every talk show. The public CAN'T get enough of him...Even critics fawn over him and vicariously bask in the glow of his popularity. But popularity inevitably peaks. This happens when two or more critics convene in a bar, and one of them slurs...Fearing loss of critic credibility, the other chimes in...Then, by instinct and inflated ego, the unifying pronouncement...
