Eddie: Wait a minute... this island has 2 tribes, and each one calls itself ''us' and calls the othah tribe 'them'?... so no mattah wheah you go you eitha mindlessly follow the crowd oah become an outcast? Man: Well... yeah, isn't that how it is everywhere? Eddie: Sigh, Now that you mention it... Man: Critical thinking just makes us sleepy. It's a lot easier to point fingers.
I think the truth behind these few panels is just as sad (and aggravating) as the strip is supposed to be funny, and I’m not real sure just how funny this one is supposed to be. Wiley gets pretty gritty as a satirist. Way to go, man!
