Ordinary Basil. Escape will a boy with hair of flame. All will be his, salvation or blame. Goodness will balance, and the clouds will not burn, when he brings about evil's return - Odian Prophecy. Basil and Louise learned about Helios' plight. And Morluk learned that the great "Fire-Giver" wasn't deserving of god-like reverence when Von Rottweil tried to take the power crystals. Survival in the ice cave now depended on the crystals. "One crystal must stay," Morluk said resolutely. "Fine," Von Rottweil sneered. "I haf von, you haf von, and Helios perishes." "What?" Louise shouted in horror. "You'd let Helios crash to Earth?" "It von't crash," Von Rottweil replied coldly as he made his way up the ladder to his airship.
