Joe: Welcome back to Nooztube with out guest, deputy White House economist, Dr. Roselyn Outlook, discussing the recession. Woman: Call me Rosie, and there's no recession. Joe: Stagnant wages and a rising unemployment rate... the price of gas through the roof, and a record rate of home foreclosures... that's not a recession? Woman: Well... not yet. Joe: Uh... so when will it become a recession? Woman: According to my calculations, January 20, 2009. Joe: Which just happens to be when a new administration takes over... Woman: Really? Wow... what a coincidence.
