Let me guess, they sold their boat…..to balance the budget…..

Actually, Phil is one of survivors of the world. When others fill their lives full of self pity and do nothing, he believes he will make it and does something.

balance budgets is a harmful theory. if the economy is growing, they have to stifle the growth, because it isn’t in balance. if the economy is shrinking, they have to make the economy worse, because it isn’t in balance.

I think Phil is about to become a Phil-a-mignon

Those coconuts will come in handy for solving the “annoying-Phil” problem.

All those other countries like Canada, Sweden, Finland that balanced budgets, now look at them, third world countries, civil wars, who’d want to live in any of those places??

Hey, if I were part of that party, I’d balance his budget for him …
