The only aircraft carrier Russia has, has a raised front end like this one…We have about ten carriers, BTW Russians are punks…Even though they elected our president…
Republicans love the Ruskies and all of a sudden love the Russian KGB…It’s magical….And they absolutely just love him with his shirt off…Like in the SNL spoofs last week…
No World Record here. The skier can not be assisted mechanically, jet propulsionally, or reindeerlly (I think those are words) Nice try thought. This should be on the Looks Good On Paper comic. AU -

I don’t agree. I know everyone loves to bash public education, and it has some big problems, but it has improved significantly since we were in school.
Not only are children better educated today, but more of them are educated. Drop-out rates compared to the 50’s and 60’s are significantly lower almost everywhere and the students are required to prove it. The education today is broader and not as deep, and the texts required have changed. The language used is generally more modern, but I meet too many children that have amazing education and experiences to let that claim sit.
I’ve often wondered about reindeer propulsion. They don’t have propellers and running on air is inefficient since there is zero traction. So in accordance with Newton’s second law, they must be working on a principle of action-reaction similar to the concept of a jet engine expelling hot gasses out it’s back end. I don’t want to think about it anymore – Poor Santa.
This comic reminds me of a very funny line in a really good episode of “Stargate SG-1” where Teal’C and Jack O’Neill are repeating the same day and only they remember it. They are standing in front of the activated Stargate in full golf clothing, holding drivers. Teal’c shoots a golf ball into the gate.
Col. O’Neill: [appreciatively] Oh yeah! That’ll play…How far is Alaris, anyway?
Teal’c: [As he tees up a ball for O’Neill to shoot] Several billion miles, O’Neill.

One of those rare opportunities to see the man in action. Rarer than seeing UFOs or sea serpents or the little people. Savor its rarity.

Funny, I read the strip and didn’t see anything remotely political about it.

Santa is a corporationist. He didn’t have that red and white outfit until Coke decided he should always be in their corporate colors, and he sold out.

On reindeer propulsion: beans and flax, lots of beans and flax! Santa’s beard is really a gas mask.
