Y’know, there was a time not too long ago when this would have been ludicrous, a bit of cartoon amusement. Now, not so much.

I had a neighbor who once complained that she couldn’t hear her lawn mower over my stereo. I had moved my speakers outside so I could relax in the sun with a beer and kept cranking my volume until I couldn’t hear her mower.
