That about sums it up for what happens in the birdfeeder.

The squirrel must’ve let himself into the restaurant without a reservation.

Ninja squirrel.

I hate it when that happens.

Years ago a squirrel killed my $60 bird feeder. I was furious! I ended up just putting a thistle seed feeder up, the squirrels ignored it, and I had the joy of watching chickadees :)

Dang squirrels.

Squirrels are rats with better agents.

my step-dad tells the story of how he was up on a ladder for an hour or so fixing the bird feeder to make squirrel proof, when he got off the ladder, he turned and the squirrel was in the garage sitting on top of the bird food sack munching and watching him

Yeah, and just throw your empty shells on the floor!

You can try putting a wire barrier around the entrance to the restaurant. It won’t work, but you can try.

There IS no way of keeping squirrels out of the bird feeder. Thanks for giving us a good laugh at it.
