Red mullet (a type of goatfish, considered to be a delicacy in Mediterranean countries), cooked with apples and raspberries in Verbena oil. Verbena oil is an oil made from Verbena flowers and comes in such flavors as lemon, and pineapple. Don’t know if this is still done, but it used to be customary for the waiter to bring the live fish to the diners, then croak the fish, because the goatfish apparently turns many different colors as it dies. IF they are going in to a restaurant to have some red mullet, this could turn into an event which lasts through several days. IF that is the way in which this particular restaurant serves the red mullet, it can also turn out to be VERY expensive!

The cow in the Restaurant at the End of the World would model for the patrons and let them pick out the cut they would like for their dinner. Free the Lobsters!!! :) :)
