Rule No. 1. Check to make sure there’s paper in the dispenser before using stall. You’ll want to clean or put paper on the seat anyway.No. 2. Make sure the lock on the door works to keep ‘Ruthies’ out. At least if they stick their noses or heads underneath the walls, you can give them a kick.But I got a good laugh from panels 2 and 4. So this comic was a ‘double dip.’
