She got a good look. You can see where her eyes are looking in the second panel. I love her expression in the fourth panel, like ewwwww what was THAT?? Reminds me of something my cousin said when we were kids, lolololol!
I agree that it’s not “cute” but I have a greater objection to people taking pictures of naked children. A child is a child, and the parent is the boss but a child is also entitled to a sense of dignity, and parents taking such pictures and showing them around is a definite offense to that dignity. I also object to children’s beauty contests, so as you can see I’m a real grump.
This is the second day of what is normally a one and done strip. Wonder if the kid’s gonna take a lap around the block or pass some more of the locals. There’s only so much you can milk from this gag.
I do have some photos of grandkids naked outdoors swimming (kids can get away with it). I have to wait until after dark but it is nicer to swim that way. I can remember they held swim classes that way for the boys (but not the girls). I didn’t like swimming at school anyway (go around rest of the day with wet hair). Now I have my own pool ;-)

If you look closer, she’s not exactly looking at his face.

“Pretty sure”?? Maybe you should get a magnifying glass so you’ll get a better look next time he comes around the block!

If she’s not absolutely sure, she needs to have “the talk”.

Is his name Dick? Maybe Peter. Rod? In any case, it doesn’t look like he’s carrying ID.

The expression in panel two is a little overdone (she has a brother, after all), but I love the expression in panel four.

I went back and looked at the exchange mentioned above. I still don’t know what the heck Penny etc. is talking about. No pleasing some.
