It’s weird – in the daily paper today the strip is entirely different. Nick is skping with someone who calls him an old goat and who asks if Nick is 90 years old. He responds by asking “how many fingers am I holding up?” (hand obscured by the computer monitor.) Arye Uygur’s comment makes sense for THAT strip, just not this one.
In any case, I have a poor memory (enough to enjoy seeing 2 versions per day- and when we still ALSO had Comics.com, we had 3 usually); Rick is good and very prolific. I often also see them on my FB.

You just can’t go wrong with the Three Stooges as your life guides, Ruthie. It’s worked very well for me so far.
