Place I used to work at DOC for male teens, local male school teacher actually wore a Kilt on St. Patty’s Day, for me thought little funny and odd as I thought Kilt is worn for special events and not St. Patrick’s Day. Not sure how the troubled teens then felt about the Kilt.
