Joe is the blond one. He’s Ruthie’s older brother. He looks a lot like Ellen, Ruthie’s mother. James is the black-haired one. He’s Ruthie’s friend from school. He looks just like a younger version of Ruthie’s dad Frank. But Frank (and Rick) want us to believe that they are unrelated so we just nod, try not to smirk, and move on with our lives. ;o)
