    somehow or other, these delights have just begun to show up for me… I went back a few to Panhandle Pete with the submarine… how on earth did they ever get that mermaid past the censors?… just wonderin’

    Disney had topless centaur girls in “Fantasia”. The rules for breasts are complicated. (In real life, too. More or less topless fashions were to be seen in Elizabethan England and in Napoleonic France.)

    Yep, Betty Boop showed up that way in a South Pacific Island type film. Forgot name and location. She only wore a grass skirt and a lei.
