charely, you totally forgot that today was valentine's day didn't you? ummm... are you kidding marlene? of course i didn't!! but the, ahh... strange thing that happened was, the more i looked for a gift, the more i realized that no present could even, um... approach symbolizing how i feel about this relationship.. and that in fact, to um.. equate my feelings to a mere product.. to mere candy of flowers, for instance.. would in reality be an insult to the deep, deep feelings that you and i have, um.. cultivated in our i'm sorry charley is taking so much room to talk. i would have liked to shown the next panel where she hits him.
I must say, this is the most eloquent that I have ever seen Charley!
