Good afternoon, Crew. I don’t usually screen my calls. I even try to be nice to telemarketers - though that can be hard sometimes.

Akenta, actually being nice to telemarketers can be funny. As long as it’s not those annoying recorded messages, say a cheerful good morning and how are you. It messes them up so bad sometimes they can’t remember what they were supposed to say. And of course the poor people (the halfway decent ones anyway) deal with a lot of abuse, so just asking how are you can be the high point of their day.
