Grill a nice slap of brisket … smoke it even, by adding moistened hickory chips in the coals! BUT DO NOT EVER put tofu on that grill!!!

I had a gas grill that I unknowingly cooked some of those on. Someone was trying to be funny and mixed them with the real beef? They fell apart and clogged the grill - cost me 33.50 per burger.

Some of those veggie burgers hold up well and taste bleeep good.

If you have to have a burger that’s not real beef, at least use a beefsteak mushroom or something that actually has some flavor to it.
