You gotta smear some mayo on it first. A touch of salt is good too.

I’m sure he’d love it if it were part of a pizza. I know that’s my favorite use for tomatoes.

I love Tomato.
Actually, take some sliced tomato, and sliced onion and I’m a happy man.

My lab loves tomatoes. The only thing Scout won’t eat is pickles. I can give him a McDonald’s burger (yes, I do – just once in awhile), and he’ll everything else, but leave the pickle.

I love tomatoes, but beef steak, fresh from a garden is the BEST.

Louie, don’t you know a vegetable when you see one? Never mind what Raymond said the sign reads.
I mean, does anyone mistake a cherry tomato for a cherry, or a plum tomato for a plum? Or a grape tomato….Honestly, tomatoes are very confusing, aren’t they?

And before anyone corrects me, I do know that botanically speaking, tomatoes are a fruit. So all those names make sense, EXCEPT beef steak!

My last dog loved tomatoes. She’d pick them off the vines if we weren’t careful. When she was ill, if we couldn’t get her to eat anything else, she’d eat tomatoes (or strawberries). Current pup doesn’t care much about tomatoes, but does like berries.

Names can be deceiving, huh, Louie?
