When I was groing up my neighbors had a St. Bernard. It could pick up a softball and completely close his mouth. You could’nt get it back till he got tired of it and spit it out.

My greyhound used to have a soccer ball it played with. You did not catch her.

As a kid I had an English Bulldog that could grasp a basketball in her mouth. Our Christmas gift ball didn’t last long at all. She loved to ride in an old baby stroller we had. Would take an old tire laying on the ground and gripping the inside of the tirre bark and paw at it until she’d get black dirty mess around her mouth. What a great pet!

I knew a family whose German Shepherd’s favourite toy was a bowling ball. He’d chase it skittering around the floor and could almost get his jaws open wide enough to grip it!

Henry, this IS LOUIE we are talking about here. Why do you ask such foolish questions?
