Way to go, Louie!

Sigh, she’s been livin’ in an uptown world. And Louie’s just a mud puddle guy. I bet big Nate never even told him why.

Now, if she’s going to the spa to get a mud bath, we’ll know that she’s just snubbing him.

“It sure is hard to leave you Louis, but it’s really not my home…

I miss my clean white linen and my fancy French cologne”.

As much as Louie wants a girl dog, he won’t give up his mud puddles to get one!

All of those labradoodles are coming from somewhere.

We had standard poodles when I was a kid. They LOVED the salt water marsh down the street. Loved anything messy or stinky to roll in. No frou-frou dogs, they …

I haven´t got mud puddle dogs, I´ve got fox, sheep and goat crap dogs – 3 of them.

My oversized-miniature poodle once took me by surprise on a hike around a small island by suddenly flipping onto his back and rolling around on what turned out to be a dead fish.

SIGH. Leaves may be on the ground, Louie may be in a mud puddle, but LOVE is definitely in the air!

Oh Louie, she doesn’t know what a real romantic dog is!!

I was gonna say that despite their difference in opinion over mud, it looks like love is in the air. But, dogday beat me to that second portion.
