Has Louie ever gotten sick and needed a vet? Has that ever appeared in this strip? Our dog Sugar actually liked going to the vet. We called the vet “the doctor”. She knew that when she was sick she would go to the clinic and then she would feel better. One time she was pulling us to the front door of the clinic, straining on the leash. Most dogs hate going to the vet and would resist but she never did—she liked it, felt safe there and knew the vet would help her. Has anyone a similar story?
