On the intellectual scale (and correct me if I’m wrong), I think dogs rank above mice. So how is it that the mice here seem smarter than a dog, and can talk audibly when Louie can’t? And why can Raymond talk but Louie can’t? Oh yeah, it’s a cartoon, that’s right.
