Spring fling

My cat Oscar, a beautiful black Bombay, loves to lie on the back of my recliner. Sometimes I forget that he is there and when I abruptly get up he clings to the chair for dear life. One time he went flying.

This raises the question, how did the mouse get up on the ceiling fan? Can mice fly or walk on the ceiling? I haven’t seen a mouse do that yet.

I would think 99% of readers like those tiny mice….we sure do.

This raises the question, where does the author live that he’s just now turning on ceiling fans? Not only was it a 90 degree heat wave nearly everywhere last week, but it’s been well into ceiling fan weather everywhere by May in the US!

We have ours on most of the year just to circulate air.
