"So, you got to know syuff just by asking stuff? Like how far is it to the nearest star?" THE TRE THAT KNOWS STUFF "Beyond our sun? Alpha centauri 4.3 light years." "And once you knew that stuff you wanted to know more stuff." Yes, questions lead to answers that lead to more questions." "That lead..." "Like whether any planets circling alpha centauri are cream-filled!" "To trouble." "So, if I say 'yes,' then I know stuff too!"
The nearest star (not the Sun, which is the nearest star) is Proxima Centauri which orbits both Alpha and Beta Centauri, but is not visible from earth since its magnitude is 11 even though, it is only 4.2 light years away.
