"amendment 2: a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." keep and bear arms, verne! A staple gun, a hot glue gun, a radaar gun..... they're all arms, verne! hammy: Okay, I'm confused.
Anyway, I’m not a United States of American, so it is the first time I have seen those words. It does not say anything about individuals having firearms, does it? Only the context of a militia.
