So the butterflies on the outside are meant to placate us, the viewer, while inside, all the kid has is dark walls. I see lots of therapy in his future…or real bars.
I thought this was a joke, but the joke is they really call them “safety pens.” That makes it funnier! Some how “pen” sounded a lot better w/ “play” in front of it.
