Sadly, Verne, this criteria has ceased to be valid. Ever since the owner of my local daily began gutting the paper’s staff with a vengeance five or so years ago — including, so I’m told, all its copy editors — there’s not a day goes by that the print edition isn’t littered with typos and grammatical errors.

I was wondering if anyone would comment on the purchase of so many local news outlets by Sinclair, a de facto Trump mouthpiece. It will become harder and harder, and require ever more stringent critical exercise, to struggle free of propaganda.

This cartoon has a liberal bias! There’s nothing in The Constitution that says that “facts” have to be verified by a reliable source! It is my God given right, not only to pay attention to news sources where they just make stuff up as they go along, but to ignore verified factual news no matter how overwhelming the evidence may be!
