This is like a super-villain origin story from a comic book. "Permanently unhinged by a head injury inflicted in child’s play, she ever after sought revenge against her imagined nemesis… usually with the implements of play. (Editor’s note: Especially the football!) " From: “The Gamestress, How She Came to Be.”
In the early Peanuts, both Lucy and Schroeder are younger and smaller than Charlie. Somewhere along the way they all catch up chronologically, and unfortunately Charlies becomes a loser.

Looks like Lucille van Pelt kind of Jenga-fied herself.

I can’t get over how strange Lucy looks. Besides her age, her eyes look like dinner plates!

Sadly, this sort of repeats itself when you get old and lose your sense of balance.

I agree with JIMMJONZZ & GANTECH. This KLUNK on the head affected her for the rest of her life

Time in “Peanuts” was nearly as fluid as Snoopy’s imagination…….
