This explains a later strip when Linus was building a house of cards. Just like in this one, Snoopy was about to sneeze. Linus said, “Turn your head! Turn your head!” So Snoopy did just that, and sneezed down Charlie Brown’s house of cards.
It could have been worse. There could have been a squirrel in the house.
Today, Linus learns the importance of a good foundation.

These older strips are just so far superior to the newer ones. Once Snoopy started walking on two legs it was downhill from there.
