I had a set of kids horseshoes like these. I hated them. they didn’t go ‘ping’ like my granddads did.
Now to get out the set of Lawn Darts.
At least this strip was published before even deadlier toys like Click-Clacks.
They bounced off a few ideas before they came up with this one!

They’re for rubber horses, Silly.
If you’re going to try and get a ringer on Charlie Brown, you better get much larger horseshoes!
