I really like the older strips – the artwork, the way the kids are different ages and there’s focus on more than just Charlie Brown.

I love Charlie Brown’s ten-gallon hat. It looks like a good gust of wind would send him aloft, just like his kite.

Snoopy’s ears are a hoot.

Let’s see, November 7, 1953. Of course Snoopy’s going to hold up his ears. He doesn’t start walking on his hind legs until November 1955, and that was only dabbling in the action. He won’t start regularly walking on his hind legs until June 1957
