Violet and Charlie Brown are sitting on the curb. She asks, "What are you going to be when you grow up, Charlie Brown?"

He replies, "I haven't the slightest idea...can a person tear aside the veil of the future? Can any of us know what lies ahead?"

She grimaces as he expresses, "Is it possible to say what is going to happen a week, a day, or even five minutes from now?"

He continues, "Can a person really know just what..." She shouts angrily, "FORGET THE WHOLE THING!!"
