Charlie Brown approaches Lucy with the croquet equipment. She says, "Let me pound in the stakes, Charlie Brown.."<br> <br> He gives her the stakes and says, "Okay, while you're doing that, I'll set up all the wickets..."<br> <br> He looks up with a puzzled look as he hears, 'Whapety Whapety Whapety Whapety Whapety WHAP'<br> <br> He goes over to Lucy who has pounded the stake almost all the way into the ground. He looks at it and says, "Oh, Good Grief!"<br> <br>
Lucy doesn’t get it; all she knows is how to lift up a football when she hoodwinks Charlie Brown to kick it.
