Patty and Charlie Brown are in an alley by the trash-cans. Charlie Brown spots a pumpkin and says, "Look! Here's Schroeder's old Halloween pumpkin!"<br> <br> Charlie Brown smiles as Patty looks at the pumpkin and asks, "How do you know that was his? Halloween was five weeks ago! How can you remember?"<br> <br> They walk off and Charlie Brown says, "Oh, I remember all right..."<br> <br> He holds up the pumpkin that is wearing a grimacing expression and exclaims, "I'm not so good at names, but I never forget a face!"<br> <br>

Schroeder is the only kid who would carve a pumpkin to look like a bust of Beethoven.
