Charlie Brown looks down at Lucy drawing on a piece of paper on the ground in a seemingly empty room. Lucy kneeling over her paper says, "I'm trying to draw a political cartoon that will solve all of the world's problems."<BR><BR> She stands up and shows Charlie Brown her cartoon. She says, "See? Here's Uncle Sam, and here's a dove of peace, and here's an elephant, and here's a donkey, and here's a figure I call 'The Grim Reaper'..."<BR><BR> She continues as Charlie Brown looks at the reader, "Over her is a tiny figure I've labelled 'TaxPayer' and down here is a snake saying, 'Don't Tread On Me!'"<BR><BR> She turns to Charlie Brown and asks, "Don't you think this cartoon will solve all of the world's problems, Charlie Brown?" As he walks away he says, "No, I think it will add a few more to it!"<BR><BR>
